Your original question, preserved in the reports made against you by no fewer than four forum-goers, was, "Is there an agility cap?" As the replies have probably shown you, this is one of the most idiotic questions that have ever been asked here. It - as well as your more wordy edit that asks exactly the same thing - shows that you have no understanding whatsoever of game mechanics. Spend some time reading before you post. You might actually learn something.
