When someone asks a question that could be easily answered by doing a cursory bit of reading and/or searching, the proper response is to report them for hand-holding and move on. Helping them only rewards laziness.

What is the magic number for boomkins with +hit.
Typically we dont raid with a SP however we sometimes do, and we usually have at least one draenei. I am specced imp FF however numbers without would be useful too

You get 4% from Balance of Power. If you spec into Imp FF which you should at all times, that is 3% right there. If you in a party with a draenei, then that is 1%, so your aiming for 9%. Personally I would aim for 10% in case you are not partied with a draenei.
With Draenei = 236.09 Hit Rating
Without Draenei = 262.32 Hit Rating
