The first letter of a sentence is capitalized, as is the pronoun I, and in most cases names are as well. U is a letter and not a word, you were probably looking for the pronoun "you". You do not need to use a new paragraph for every single sentence. Finally, sentences end in punctuation in all cases, if not with an exclamation or question mark, then with a dot/full stop/period, and usually only a single character, unless you are combining an exclamation and question mark to indicate surprise.
