You didn't use your characters name in your profile, so I can't look at your armory to see how much armor pen you have, but using a fish feast is the wrong choice of food. The attack power doesn't get buffed by Rune of the Fallen Crusader or Blessing of Kings. If you want the most out of your character I would suggest using [Dragonfin Filet]. Depending on your gear Hearty Rhino might be better, but I'm assuming your not at that gear level yet because I can't see your armory.
