 I appluad you for finding a way to answer that without the simtesters being wrong. Assuming your taking this spec because no other locks are full demo the only point still is to have demonic pact because its a unique raid buff. Just as the destro build with suppression still used pyroclasm I feel it's just as important for the demo build with suppression to have demonic pact. You know I'm right. Demonic pact>imp demonic tactics ESPECIALLY when imp demonic tactics is not used for felguard dps but rather demonic pact procs. But what's the point without demonic pact!!!? I rest my case.
