The WHOLE point of the spec is to gear for 11% hit, take suppression, and have a less frequent demonic pact buff. I was asking, how is 1 point in molten core, 1 point in cataclysm and 10%crit for your pet better than the DEMONIC PACT raid buff being up even if its less frequent.

Ahhh, I see where the disconnect comes from now- I was comparing your spec to the regular demonic pact spec, not to 3/52/16- I was pointing out that your spec was worse than 0/56/15 due to the reduced demonic pact uptime you'd suffer from not having improved demonic tactics.

If you're asking why you wouldn't spec the spec you linked above as opposed to 3/52/16, the reason is fairly simple:
You might not want or need demonic pact. There's a number of possible reasons for this:
1] Someone else already provides demonic pact.
2] You do not have good enough gear for your demonic pact to beat totem of Wrath.
