I'm glad the OP did. As much as I appreciate the free forums at EJ, gleaning good information from dozen and dozen of pages of discussion is really quite frustrating.

I guarantee you there would be more players of higher caliber if they came here and got what they were looking for without having to read for hours, only to read for hours more to find that what they read hours before was outdated and inaccurate.
