I've spent the last few days browsing the shaman threads and am yet to find any information on what gem to use. I've seen some people using Wicked Monarch Topaz's and others Stark Monarch Topaz's - what is actually the optimal setup?
Secondly, is there a target haste value that shamans shoot for? I saw one thread where a "haste cap" was mentioned due to windfury procs, but it didn't not elaborate enough on the numbers behind the theoretical haste cap.
