4227 AP right now, my thoughts right now are on replacing some 16 STR gems with ArP, would this be wise? People keep saying after 35%~ of ArP it's better to gem for it, but is this really true? Having a tough time deciding.

since the change to BT STR is nearly always better than ArP
can someone plz mathematically proof what rotation is optimal and when not to use the instant slam proccs? or is it because of the rng and the dependence on how much rage you get (more hs more procs) impossible to proof?
