I just wonder what blizzard sees as appropiate spell hit chance, regarding things like iFF and Misery, since I gear for 14% hit and have not specced into Suppression.

On a sidenote; is it safe to assume this also increases Demonic Pact uptime?

I was also hoping for a Decimation change, but I guess they like the way it works at the moment.
