My guild has finally started making progress on this fight. We get past phase 1 with only 1 add up pretty consistently, but we're having problems making it into phase 3. Our melee dpsers can burn the brain down to 30% in 3 trips with the help of lust, but when we get to phase 3 the adds that spawn rip right through us. I went back through the thread, but I didn't see any discussion specifically related to the phase 2 -> phase 3 transition. Are there any tricks to this that I just didn't think of late last night?

Make sure that there is one brain room "leader", who calls out when brain goes to like 35% and maybe even a damage stop if there is enough time left so that the outside group can finish some more tentakels.
Whenever the comand "kill he brain" comes - everyone outside should move towards the entrance so that the whole raid is stacked where the brain "spits" out the melee group.
The first add will spawn right away when brain reaches 30%, even before melees get out, so a tank should be ready to grab it and some ranged shooting it.
Then finish off close tentakels and stay calm.
Well geared Tanks dont get oneshooted so make sure not to pull agro and have enough dps on the Immortal Guardians to make sure that they never get healed up.
All ranged espacially the ones helping with adds should stand right at the mouth of the brain so they face away all the time or have to turn only a little bit when he is casting Lunatic Gaze.
