What is this, Post Inaccurate Information Day? Guys, this info is right there in the first post of the thread, read it before posting please.
SoB/SoM certainly does crit.
SoB/SoM also scales with haste, and remains superior to SoC at all haste levels.
Of course, things are changing drastically in 3.2.
