i read different sticky posts (All apparently updated to 3.1.) with the 2 choises.

If you're specced into ISL in Destruction (and there's really no reason not to) you don't want the Glyph of Life Tap. This may change with 3.2, but Incinerate/Conflagrate/Immolate are your best options at the moment.
