I'm wondering if there's a point where haste becomes more valuable than spellpower...

Back in sunwell, there was a point like that where 21/40 didnt scale anymore from spellpower so it was better to gem/gear for more haste... i believe that point was around 1400 spellpower.

Now im wondering if there is an amount of spellpower like that for 13/58...

The reason i wonder is because im at 3600 spellpower fully raid buffed... And other locks that are much lower in spellpower seem to be hitting about as hard with their spells, which doesnt make much sense considering the massive gap in spellpower. So im wondering if i could drop a bunch of my spellpower for haste (like dropping 19 spellpower gems for haste gems). Would that make a difference? (no the other locks arent beating me in dps, the spells are simply hitting for about the same. i think the reason why i do better dps than them is because i have more haste and crit than they do)

I think it might be like 3000-3100 spellpower where destro spells seem to stop scaling or something...

Is there math or anything to back this up? (may be a dumb question cause all the math ive seen here shows SP as the winner... but past a certain amount is what im wondering)
