Yes, the spreadsheet models crit/haste/AP interactions. That's the point of it. Don't ask stupid questions.

So is there a graph which shows when crit wanes off as you get more of it and armor penetration and haste become more important? Does the spreadsheet dps take all of these stats into account when showing gain/loss in gear changes? I would imagine these stats are very indivudal specific. I have about 35% crit and was wondering if I should swap relentless edge for the staff from Uld10 with armor penetration etc.
