That sure is some rare, valuable advice you gave there!

There are some okay UI's on here, but many of them are missing the essentials when it comes to healing as a druid. First, I see some that don't have any cooldown timers for important spells (Swiftmend, NS, WG, etc...). A good healer always has these and knows how to use them effectively.
Also, Healbot is still by far the best healing mod available. Grid + Clique + Hot Timers copied Healbot, however you need three separate mods to do what Healbot can. Plus Healbot can do much, much more... such as making it obvious when raid members have fight specific debuffs (such as ice blocks, light bombs, ignis' pot, etc...). Also, Healbot's HoT timers are much better than Grid's.
Just my two cents, but I haven't found a healer with better reaction times than myself or others who use Healbot.
