Why are you reporting tests based on target dummies? Read the thread.

Original Post:

I got back on the PTRs and re-copied my main (since I got a few upgrades) today after the proc situation was fixed and I've noticed that my dps is closely the same as it was before the Judgement change.
I was breaking around 3700-3800 pretty steadily on just a dummy with only might. I expected my DPS to go up to 4kish with the changes allowing Judgements to proc a seal, but I noticed right away that my Seal damage was much lower than the last time I was on the PTRs. Where as, I was getting around 2300-2500 for a SoV proc I am now getting 1800-2000 per proc with some variance up or down.
I read that they lowered our AP and SP coefficients, but I also thought that this was a mistake in that they were already lowered to that level at the first round of the PTRs. And that they were only now updating us about it.
I've also notice that Judgement has been slightly out-performing Crusader Strike even though I place a heavy weight on CS still in my rotation.
I believe I am going to be working under the assumption that Judgement will scale even better when raid buff (just as it had previously before the massive nerf to judgement and our refocus on CS).
One thing I am DYING to test is how we scale with SP buffs now. Since Judgement will be considered and behave as a melee spell will it still benefit from the Boomkin/Death Knight buff? Seeing as almost half of my damage is spell damage (around 45%) I would really like to find out how well we are going to scale.
Is anyone else dissapointed that Consecrate does more damage than Blood Corruption/Vengeance? Cons is about 10% of my damage (on a dummy of course) and BC is about 8%. WTF?
***Edit
LOL @ Myself.
So I recopied my main and forgot to re-gem. Wasn't getting my meta... sigh... Anyway I found My missing DPS. Over a 7min fight I am averaging around 4 - 4.2k dps. I also shifted my focus back to Judgement as well. This set of tests Judgement was doing 13% of my total damage with CS only doing 10%. Oddly enough with this set of tests BC outperformed Cons. Although they performed roughly the same I find it strange. By re-gemming I did raise my overall strength slightly.
***Edit 2
I try to do 7 min tests so I can get in at least 3 AWs in and have a small amount of time left over for my DPS to "cool down" after wings so I'm not always ending on a high note. Anyway I have noticed that my DPS is GREATLY affected by the crit rate of my Judgement once again. My highest variable DPS yet on a dummy during these "tests" is 4.4k and lowest being around 3.8k. On my highest tests J,CS, and DS all had high crit rates obviously. However on my what I would consider better than average DPS tests (around 4.2ish) I noticed that all I needed was for Judgement to have a high crit rate (around 60%). Even if CS and DS performed poorly (around 25% crit rate) if Judgement performed well I would always end up with a number around 4,200. And likewise even if CS and DS performed very well (40-50% crit rate) and my Judgement performed poorly (around 40%) I would still end up with a lower than average dps (3800).
I know these are sort of "no duh" statements, but I am fairly confident that Judgement is back to our Number one priority especially since it can apply and stack our seal. J>CS>DS>Cons>Exo, imo.
