IC hard is a fairly tight window from my experience, you will probably end the fight with only a few seconds left on your last tank's overwhelming power debuff.

Looking over your WOL parse, I can see that overall dps is extremely low for some reason. If you look at the successful kills, everyone is well above 5k dps, with the pure dps classes near 7k. Of course, dps for the entire fight is highly dependent on how many runes of power you can benefit from in the first phase, but still wouldn't account for 2k dps or so per person.

I also see that active time for some people is lower than 90%, are they dead? I doubt you will do IC hard with any less than a full raid alive and buffed.

As for your own dps and gear, I have similar gear level than yours, and on my best attempts I reach 7.1k dps. I suggest you find ways to tighten your rotation and use speed pots, etc etc. Or perhaps you guys need a better strat for the positioning of the raid, to maximize dps.
