Mongoose Bite doesn't "proc" anymore. You can use it whenever it's not on cooldown, although you can't use it in the same macro as Wing Clip unless you use some kind of modifier command.

Thanks, I didnt know that, Ive been away since TBC and only recently returned.

One last question, im aiming mostly towards pvp perhaps with a view to arenas, in bgs Ive never been disarmed, is this a big problem in arena and if so should I be investing in a weapon chain or in a massacre enchant with some points in deflection?
