Been doing so tests and checking WWS logs.
Blood 50/0/21 (Unholy Blight) Glyph - U/B
Vs.
Blood 51/020 (DRW) Glyph - DRW
It seems that in almost all the fight with the exception Yogg. Unholy Blight wins out for overall damage. By approx 20-25% depending on the fights. Yogg is all about bursting the brain, so I will keep that aside.
I know that there has been some discussion about it, but not found any concrete answer but my own number crunching.
Here is my suggestion - switch out your glyph, and give it a try you will be surprised. I have looked at the top dps for WWS and no one is running this spec, but it is working great for me.
