An ArP trinket isn't going to be tremendously helpful as SV like it would for MM, and in either case with 205 passive ArP you'd be better off using a [Mirror of Truth] in place of [Grim Toll].

Aside from that, you're 114 Hit Rating over the cap and still have an Icewalker enchant and [Rigid Autumn's Glow] in your gloves.

Replacing the trinket would put you at 294, and then the boot enchant with +16 Agility would put you at 282, and then the glove gem to a [Delicate Scarlet Ruby] would finish you off at 266 (just 3 hit rating over the cap).

I also saw that you have a [Sun Scope] which is inferior in DPS compared to [Heartseeker Scope].

As for your pet, you should be using your wolf HERCULES, but move one point out of Bloodthirsty and into Wild Hunt. Make sure Bite, Furious Howl, and Rabid are on Auto Cast and turn Call of the Wild off. Make a macro such as:

Drop 1 point in Hunting Party for the 5th point in Master Tactician.
If you don't raid with any other Survival Hunters, Retribution Paladins, Shadow Priests, Destruction Warlocks, or possibly Frost Mages you should keep 2/3 Hunting Party. However that's usually pretty unlikely in 25 so I would reccomend a spec like one of the following:
This 1/18/52 build (if there is more than 1 hunter raiding with you and none of them have 3 points in Imp Hunter's Mark)
This 5/15/51 build (if you prefer the versatility of an extra instant [Aimed Shot instead of Multishot] in movement situations)
This 6/14/51 build (if you don't need to provide replenishment and don't have any Viper uptime or mana problems)

For the builds with 5 points in Imp Aspect of the Hawk I'd recommend using:

[Glyph of Steady Shot]
[Glyph of Kill Shot]
(same minor glyphs that you currently have)

For the builds with 1 or 2 points in Imp Aspect of the Hawk I'd recommend using:

[Glyph of the Hawk]
[Glyph of Kill Shot]
(same minor glyphs that you currently have)

Glyphs and spec are very dependent of your personal preference and gear though, so I'd suggest that you'd check out:
Shandara's Microsoft Excel DPS Spreadsheet (if you have access to Excel)
Zeherah's Web-based DPS Analyzer (if you're looking for a quicker alternative)
