Hey everybody!

I did some testings with the following speccs:
Blood and UH Presence: 10 / 54 / 7
Blood Presence: 14 / 50 / 7

I used two 2.6 Speed Weapons (Serilas, Blood Blade of Invar One-Arm & Vulmir, the Northern Tempest)
I put Serilas into my MH because of the style, but it doesn't matter as both weapons have the same speed, dps and min/max dmg. As enchants I used RotfC on MH and Razorice on OH!

Rotation: There is no real rotation as you can't tell your Runepower / Miss / Dodge / Whatever to happen. Have your Disease up all the time or < 0.1 after running out.

My stats look like this: (YES, only 3/5 T8 as I am a tank, so no 20% more Obliterate dmg set bonus)

DISCLAIMER: I DON'T HAVE ULDUAR 25 EQUIP AS I AM A TANK IN ULDUAR 25! MOST OF MY DPS EQUIP IS OUT OF 10 MAN ULDUAR! THE DUMMY WAS ALWAYS UNDER 35% WHICH SHOULD RESOLVE MY EQUIPMENT PROBLEM!?!?

So I did three tests. 10/54/7 with BP & UP and 14/50/7 with BP

10/54/7
At first I want to say that 10/54/7 is the specc for AoE DPS as you have HB!
BP should be used on non moving encounters with less to none adds.
With BP I ignored HB Proccs, as they would destroy my rotation and they do less dmg then all other styles!
UP should be used on moving heavy encounters with some adds.
With UP hold your Runes on CD and use as many proccs as you can, while FS > HB!

14/50/7
Single Target Max DPS Specc (Could use one point in UA instead of crit, as prefered!), RP fits in PERFECTLY!
UP not needed as you don't have HB and Runepower problems

Third: 14/50/7 using BP
