Hello there

1. You have some serious mistakes in your talentbuild, my friend.
2. Your dps should be between 3.2-3.8 /depends on luck with crits/
3. i usualy use IFF, MF, IS, Wrath and Starfire at dummy tests.

note:
I am a bit black sheep becosue i prefet solar eclipse.
100% proc rate and you always benefit from it becosue your damage is increasing, not crit.
Crit is still depends on luck and if there is no crit you have 0 benefit from lunar /starfire/ eclipse.
