I considered answering your question, but I think the way you posed it illustrates that you haven't read the information already contained in these forums without first asking basic questions. Your question is too broad and after we answer it ("enchant for spellpower, gem for spellpower...maybe) you'll just follow up with another question like, "what about +hit?"
So this is a warning for not reading before you post. As a bonus I'll tell you that you should gem/enchant for 800 resilience (ballpark), 4% hit, and then max out spellpower. Maybe in 3.2, less resilience will work in certain comps.
