I have a few questions about the new agility change in 3.2 , has anyone tested it yet on ptr ? If so how much less avoidace will it total ? I'm thinking the higher gear u have the less affect it would have ? And will this change the value of def raiting for bears ? If I'm rightn hope I am, isn't at 60% dodge the time to stary stacking it ? And if so how would that change ?
