Ya that's what I was looking for thank you for that quick reply, so what I'm understanding is that crit will have dr but that's still not reason enough to go for higher empact hits , going for str or ap , no matter how high u get on crit or arp ? Again sorry for in my mind noobish question but I'm talking an old friend that just came back to wow to regem and I want to be able to give reason behind what I tell her . Thanks a bunch
