Here's a hint: Try reading the posts above you in the thread. They're explaining very well why the Scorch glyph is still considered important.

Seems to me that the scorch glyph will be completely disregarded and never used if hot streak procs on LB ticks actually goes thru. Every FFB/FB mage will use MA, LB, AND FB/FFB glyphs. It seems strange to me that they are making LB ticks proc hot streak. Seems OP to me. I'll take full advantage of it, but I expect a real quick nerf soon after patch day.
