when fighting kologarn cleave does NOT hit 3 parts, WW does, checked it many times, you either hit one arms or the other, regardless your hitbox.
when fighting mimiron cleave only hits middle and lower part, it does not hit head because it is out of melee range.

well, you can hit both HS and execute because HS is a next attack modifier and if excess rage present, you can burn it up this way, however you can burn rage with execute and leave HS, so autoattacks generate more rage (main hand hitting auto) and therefore use more executes, however I haven't yet tried it.
