I'm going to keep this simple, noting in-depth. Answer can be as detailed as you want.
Just HOW MUCH Haste is necesarry as of patch 3.2 for a successful PvE Resto Druid.

Also, I tend to LB over Nourish, should I do this or will Nourishing more and forgetting LB help my fps..?
