Old news, and this comes off as a bloggish type whine. Blue already made their post by the way, it even on MMO-champion.com and in threads in this very forum.

In response to the recent posts -
I came in to the patch about a week late from vacation, and I knew there was something different a couple minutes into a heroic. My solution was to switch to Arcane until Blizzard decides to come up with an actual logical solution to the bug that existed, rather than just be lazy about it.
The main issue at hand was that multi-target LB + tick procced Hotstreaks were too overpowered. In response, they get rid of the entire thing, which includes its benefit to single-target DPS.
Waiting for a "Blue Post" on the above thread on the WoW forums in the time being.
