If you'd searched the thread for Electrifying Wind you've noticed it's correct, it's commonly considered a bug since the Enhancement totem simply has about half the itemization spent on it than any other tier 9 relic does.

I have done a few sims using enhsimgui and want to make sure i am using it right. i have totem of electricfying wind is out dpsing totem of quaking earth? can someone verify this pls?
