I take it you didn't read the post I made on the page before discussing the implications of this change in terms of weapon speed. Try not to ask questions that have already been explicitly answered.

And what about specing 3/3 in master Poisoner now giving you the possibility to hold a slow OH ? Would the loss in energy regen be neglected by the increased mutilate damage ?
