If you'd bothered to read a little, you'd have discovered that this eventuality has been thought of, and the answer is to add the item to the spreadsheet list yourself.

Im having the same problems with my shoulders and wrists. I have Spaulders of Egotism due to the fact that we don´t do 25man at the moment and no better shoulders have dropped for me.
I would still like to use the spreadsheet. Is there someway to manually type in Spaulders of Egotism?
Or is spreadsheets only ment for when I get BiS gear?
