ArP caps at 100%, thats around 1200 ArP rating (sorry forgot the exact number).
No cap on haste either, but its value diminishes once you get steady shot at 1.5 second cast time - afterwards all your haste just goes towards improving auto shot speed - which isn't very valuable (actually I might be wrong about no cap here, they might have some limit on how fast your autoshot can fire, but its really nothing to worry about).
