So, I'm working on stacking strength, stam, and defense for my unholy DK, as well as looking at dodge. Night elf racial of 2% chance to be missed for melee and range - does that lower the effective amounts I need to put into dodge, defense, and parry (via strength)? Or do I still need to stack those to the usual limits (def 540, etc.) since it's only a chance to be missed and not damage reduction on a per strike basis?
