When we were having everyone run to the melee, we noticed we were behind in getting him down before the worms came and sometimes healers would get locked out from the interrupt, not ideal.
We switched to melee staying on the boss and all ranged going on the snobolds and we had no problem downing the boss before the worms came out. We save heroism for the worms btw and still didn't have any dps issues.
We were failing at the worms though, too many people were dying by the time we got to Icehowl so our best attempts were Icehowl at 50%.
