On the first point, Focused Fire applies to all damage as it increases "All damage caused by you ... by 1/2%". So that isn't Multi-Shot specific. Aimed Shot is still better in his rotation because it gains 2/4/6% more damage when Sniper Training is active. Since he has the Sniper Training talents, he should probably have Aimed Shot in his rotation.
For the second point, a 25-man raid should only need two people with replenishment to keep the buff up with near 100% uptime. Most, if not all, of the top DPS survival specs don't have Hunting Party in them. However, they also have some different talent choices than your hunter does as well.
