Hey guys, I know that this question has probably been answered many many times, so sorry about that, but I didn't really feel like searching through pages and pages of forums to find my answer. Anyways, question: What exactly does the "Current Item with Regem" thing mean in the gear planner and/or how do I get rid of it. And no the answer is not simply putting a different gem in my gear to get a dps increase, or else my "Back" would not have a "Current Item with Regem" option and my shoulders would not get a 137.0 dps increase from a simple gem change. Also, my trinkets also have a "Current Item with Regem" dps increase... which... is odd... EXPLAIN GOGOGO!
