Simple question,
What would be the absolute optimal spec for doing damage to say, five targets, if Prey on the Weak were useless because you were constantly at low HP, and you had to take throwing spec.
In this hypothetical situation, would 23/45/1 be the way to go? taking improved poisons and using double instant (or instant deadly?) or would the loss of killing spree cost too much to drop the 5 points in PotW?
Also what is the optimal gearing to maximize damage from fan of knives?
Bringing this situation up for the people who know how to do the math.
