Sorry, to post well documented question on arp here, but I just reactivated after taking a break in February, and have been doing a lot of reading here and elsewhere on arp and what not, but have a question on how it would or should work best for my current gear set.
I was wondering if I should bother regemming everything to arp with my current gear as I've seen the majority rogues do even with the 3.2.2 nerf. I've also been told that I shouldn't bother gemming arp without grim toll or moj stone. I'd appreciate any constructive thoughts.
