There has been tons of analysis on the ArP nerf but from that I can tell, little analysis on Sword Spec vs. Mace or Axe in a PvP environment. The same people who said mace spec would be awesome in S5 are now saying sword will be awesome in S7, sure it will proc more oftenly now but the inner CD of 6 secodns still remain, as posted above, thus reducing the chanse of any imba burst (reducing, not removing, both the normal and the extra strike can crit as far as I've been told)..
Look at it like this.. Every crit is 100% extra damage yeah? Every sword proc is 100% extra damage and unless the extra proc crits it's not really that exiting with the inner CD until the next one where mace specs 5% crit can chain a few crits in a row with some luck. So I'm still completely sure axe spec is better becaus of what I see as a higher possibility to burst.

This is just IMHO tho, so don't take anything for granted as I await a flame or two
