1. If you need to supply IIT you can't use a GoD-spec, since GoD doesn't reapply IIT. There's a spec for IIT-suppliers in the OP. One could argue that the point could be in endless winter for interrupt-fights or icy reach for IT, instead of the imp FP.
2. It says right there that UA isn't taken because it sims bad and that it's considered smart to pick it up, points would be taken from say BCB or KM i.e., yes.

I was actually running this spes with the IIT rotation, i have trouble keeping the disease up with GoD as it seems to always slip off just before Pest is used...
