are you using invis while your mirror images are active? more specifically, are you coming out of invis while your images are still up? not too long ago there was a somewhat obscure bug which involved coming out of invis while your images are still up, causing your threat to be restored. since then i've been waiting 'til < 3seconds left on mirror images before casting invis, and resuming dps just before 'phasing out' so i don't waste dps time invisible. haven't had this threat restoration problem since. don't know if it's been fixed 'cos i've been doing this since noticing the bug, but this could be what you guys are experiencing. on a side note, i have a
/cancelaura iceblock (i have 'secure ability toggle' on)
/cancelaura invisibility
macro for times when i mistime my cast at <1s on invis.
