And a handful of the other slots change for related reasons. Hence, I wouldn't focus on that particular list too much - it's still not a *bad* setup, but there are decidedly better ones.

Waiting patiently for a new BiS list for 3.2.2.
The new weapons with procs and ArPen nerf is really confusing.
