Hi Mages out there. Does anyone tryed Weapon Enchant - Blackmagic on PTR and got som numbers for me? I read that the effect of Blackmagic changes (hasteprocc) and that the effect might be stronger then 63 spellpower in arcan specc. It would be really nice to have some kind of choice at your enchants.. so let me hear you if you have something for me
