I just upgraded from the Totem of Hex, to the Electrifying Winds one, and it was a flat 300 dps increase on my stats.

I'm currently using the 2p t9, with the Ony 25 modified Ele Helm. T8.25 Legs, and assorted other pieces, of Sp/haste/crit gear. I hate shaman itemization btw.

When everything is in full swing with raid buffs and trinkets procc'd I have over 3.4k spell power, with 20% haste, I need more Haste, just wanted to place my info into the bucket.

I am using the no CL priority rotation. Best I've found thus far.
