It is being figured on the calcs page, you can easily see this(and also see what the value of the proc alone is) if you change the Armor Pen value to 0, the item still gives a score (a score that on my sheet that is close to your calculation).

Btw ive made the move to total Arpen having gotten grim toll and its not too bad, but if the grim toll procs when i have no CDs to pop its just /cry
think that has to do with me learning the internal CD to time my mechanics with it.
