We all know shadow bolt beats incinerate currently for a meta/ruin build, but with a 15% buff to it's damage from MC (up from 10%), and maybe an additional 5% from incinerate glyph, it might actually be worth running some numbers to see if it is indeed more DPS on the long run to weave incinerate in during MC uptime, instead of dismissing it with a useless post.
