Hello, i am new to the dps calculation sheet and i am having a bit of trouble with Strength Equivalency Points.

Now i know that its something that gives u an idea as to how much u benefit with more strength in relation to other stats. But i cant seem to understand how this works or how to read the table. I tried searching the forums but i couldnt find an explanation. (I might have missed it). If someone can explain how it works or can link another post, it will be really helpfull. And btw below are the stats from my sep values given.
