Man alot of info here,....
My question is I have 4 piece T9 and am wondering if I should go incite spec and regem to armor pen I am all STR gemmed atm.
I have a few pieces I can swap out to give more arm pen I.E. Bracers/belt boots.

I have always been told STR was the way to go but now not sure since I see alot of guys here with ARP.
